▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/basalt fiber multiscale material, comprises (1) reacting graphene oxide with amino-functional silane coupling agent in the presence of a solvent to obtain aminated graphene oxide; sequentially performing degumming and roughening treatments on basalt fibers to obtain pre-treated basalt fibers; (2) dispersing the aminated graphene oxide in an organic solvent to obtain a dispersion, immersing the pre-treated basalt fibers in the dispersion, filtering and washing, and then drying under hydrogen conditions. USE - Preparation of multi-scale material of graphene/basalt fiber used as reinforced material for copper-based composite material used in military field. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare multi-scale material of graphene/basalt fiber, which improves the bonding strength of the basalt fiber and copper substrate, and improves the mechanical strength-based composite material.
