▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing polycondensation graphene/polyimide composite adhesive involves adding oxidized graphite to solvent, and subjecting to ultrasonic treatment followed by centrifugation to obtain oxidized graphite colloidal suspension. The obtained oxidized graphite colloidal suspension is added and mixed with 4,4'-diaminodiphenyl ether under stirring at 70-80 degrees C for 18-24 hours to obtain mixture. The obtained mixture is filtered to obtain mixture filtrate. USE - Method enables to prepare polycondensation graphene/polyimide composite adhesive is used directly for adhesive, and in the bonded portion of steel sheet (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare polycondensation graphene/polyimide composite adhesive in an eco-friendly and cost-effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing polycondensation graphene/polyimide composite adhesive involves adding oxidized graphite to solvent, and subjecting to ultrasonic treatment followed by centrifugation to obtain oxidized graphite colloidal suspension. The obtained oxidized graphite colloidal suspension is added and mixed with 4,4'-diaminodiphenyl ether under stirring at 70-80 degrees C for 18-24 hours to obtain mixture. The obtained mixture is filtered to obtain mixture filtrate. The obtained mixture filtrate is centrifuged, and subjected to freeze-drying to obtain amino functionalized modified graphene, where 4,4'-diaminodiphenyl ether and oxidized graphite colloidal suspension are mixed in the weight/ volume ratio of 0.1-0.05g:100-150mL. The obtained amino functionalized modified graphene is ultrasonically dispersed and added with 4,4'-diaminodiphenyl ether, 2,2 (4-aminophenoxy) phenyl propane and N-methylpyrrolidone under stirring at room temperature for 30-40 minutes under nitrogen atmosphere to obtain 3,3',4,4'-benzophenone tetracarboxylic dianhydride, which is stirred at room temperature for 8-10 hours to obtain the desired product.
