▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene composite comprises polydopamine-functionalized graphene-doped organic synthetic hectorite. The graphene comprises single-layer graphene and multilayer graphene. USE - Graphene composite is used for preparing graphene-based ultra-soft transparent conductive films (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene composite enables preparation of graphene-based ultra-soft transparent conductive film having excellent integrity, bending performance, stability, and photoelectric property, high light transmittance, and low surface resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) graphene-based super-soft transparent conductive film comprising a flexible substrate, a graphene composite layer provided on one surface of the flexible substrate, a composite carbon fiber layer provided on the graphene composite layer, and a conductive polymer layer provided on the carbon fiber layer; and (2) preparation of the graphene-based super-soft transparent conductive film, which involves processing the surface of flexible substrate, ultrasonically treating using ethanol and distilled water, drying with nitrogen, preparing a spraying liquid, dispersing the graphene composite in water to obtain a composite graphene solution, dissolving carbon fiber and polymer in isopropyl alcohol to obtain a carbon fiber solution and polymer solution, spraying the graphene composite material solution, carbon fiber solution, and polymer solution on the flexible substrate, and drying.
