NOVELTY - Treatment of brown liquid waste water comprises adding waste water treatment agent into browning liquid waste water, stirring, and reacting for 1-2 days under illumination; standing, settling, press-filtering, and taking the filtrate; adding electrolytic additive and stirring; and inputting the processing liquid processed to the electrolytic cell for electrolytic copper extraction and stopping electrolyzing when the concentration of copper ion in the electrolyte is less than 1 g/L. USE - The method is used for treating brown liquid waste water. ADVANTAGE - The method is capable of rapidly, safely and economically treating the brown liquid waste water with less energy consumption, high copper recovery rate and good waste water treatment efficiency.
