NOVELTY - High heat dissipation transparent UV resistant polyester film comprises transparent backboard (1), and polyester film (2); the polyester film comprises 75-90 wt.% polyethylene terephthalate, 2-10 wt.% graphene material, and 1-5 wt.% ultraviolet (UV) resistant material; the graphene material comprises graphene masterbatch, the graphene content of graphene masterbatch is 1-5 wt.%. USE - The high heat dissipation transparent UV resistant polyester film is useful for backboard (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The polyester film: has thermal conductivity of greater than or equal to 0.4 w/(mxk). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the high heat dissipation transparent UV resistant polyester film comprising (i) preparing graphene masterbatch, graphene and PET slice at 260-280degrees Celsius, adding dispersant and antioxidant, melting and extruding to obtain graphene masterbatch; (ii) mixing polyethylene terephthalate, UV resistant material and graphene masterbatch obtained in step (i), carrying pre-crystallization in pre-crystallizer to obtain product, temperature of pre-crystallization is 150-160degrees Celsius; (iii) passing the product obtained in step (ii) through drying tower for drying at 170-180degreesC to obtain a dried mixture; (iv) heating the mixture obtained in step (iii) to 260-280degreesC in the extruder to obtain a molten mixture, extruding the molten mixture, and quenching extruded molten mixture on the quench drum to form cast sheet; (v) longitudinal stretching the cast sheet obtained in step (iv) to obtain longitudinally stretched film; and (vi) transverse stretching the film obtained in step (v), performing heat setting, and cooling.
