▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A carbon composite comprises sheet-like graphene (20) and single-walled carbon nanotubes (40) which have equal diameters and are grown by binding to surface of graphene. The carbon composite has semiconductor properties. USE - A carbon composite for electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The carbon composite contains carbon nanotubes exhibiting the same electrical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacturing method of carbon composite which involves successively performing 1st process of immersing graphite substrate (10) in strongly acidic solution, oxidizing, and producing sheet-like graphene on surface of graphite substrate, 2nd process of manufacturing intermediate body (1) and placing intermediate body in atmosphere containing alcohol gas supplied at predetermined pressure in which metal microparticle (30) existing on surface of graphene has high density, and 3rd process of performing chemical vapor phase epitaxy of single-walled carbon nanotubes bonded to surface of graphene in which metal microparticle acts as catalyst.
