▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing nitrogen-doped carbon nanotube/graphene composite film comprises placing the substrate and hexamethylenetetramine solid in a vapor deposition apparatus, thermally decomposing hexamethylenetetramine solid and forming nitrogen-doped carbon nanotube/graphene composite film on the surface of the substrate by a low pressure chemical vapor deposition process in a reducing gas atmosphere. USE - The method is useful for preparing nitrogen-doped carbon nanotube/graphene composite film. ADVANTAGE - The method: has simple equipment and process step and low cost; utilizes easily available raw materials; and produces composite film comprising carbon nanotubes which are independent of each other, evenly distributed, having high orientation and improves film properties.
