NOVELTY - An aluminum sol-modified geogrid comprises 5-7 pts. wt. oxidized graphene, 40-50 pts. wt. p-hydroxybenzoic acid, 10-17 pts. wt. acetic anhydride, 0.08-0.1 pt. wt. zinc acetate, 20-30 pts. wt. 6-hydroxy-2-naphthoic acid, 180-200 pts. wt. high-density polyethylene, 6-8 pts. wt. epoxy octyl stearate, 0.6-1 pt. wt. cocamide diethanolamine, 6-8 pts. wt. aluminum isopropoxide, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. nickel sulfamate, 0.4-1 pt. wt. citric acid, 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. hexabromocyclododecane, 1-2 pts. wt. magnesium sulfate and 0.8-1 pt. wt. aluminum tripolyphosphate. USE - Aluminum sol-modified geogrid (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The aluminum sol-modified geogrid effectively improves the dispersibility of filler in polymer and improves the surface resistance of finished product. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation of aluminum sol-modified geogrid, which involves adding aluminum isopropoxide and 30-35 wt.% ethanol solution, heating at 50-60 degrees C, stirring for 17-20 minutes, adding citric acid and nickel sulfamate, heating at 70-76 degrees C, stirring for 24-30 minutes to obtain modified aluminum sol, adding 60-70 wt.% acetic anhydride and p-hydroxybenzoic acid, placing in oil bath at 138-140 degrees C, heating and stirring for 10-15 minutes, adding 96-98 wt.% sulfuric acid, insulating for 3-5 hours, vacuum drying in oven at 50-60 degrees C, drying for 20-24 hours to obtain acetylated monomer (a), adding 6-hydroxy-2-naphthoic acid and remaining acetic anhydride, placing in an oil bath at 120-130 degrees C, insulating for 3-4 hours, drying in air, vacuum drying in oven at 50-60 degrees C for 20-24 hours to obtain acetylated monomer (b), adding graphene oxide, modified aluminum sol and hexabromocyclododecane, stirring at 100-200 rpm for 4-7 minutes, filtering, washing the precipitate with water for 2-3 times, vacuum drying at 50-60 degrees C for 1-2 hours to obtain modified graphene, adding modified graphene and magnesium sulfate, adding absolute ethanol, ultrasonically dispersing for 50-60 minutes, adding acetylated monomer (a) and acetylated monomer (b), ultrasonically processing for 30-40 minutes, vacuum distilling, drying under vacuum at 60-70 degrees C for 20-25 hours to obtain graphene, heating the monomer pretreated graphene, adding zinc acetate to reactor, carrying out reaction under nitrogen protection atmosphere, heating at 240-250 degrees C, insulating for 3-4 hours, heating at 270-280 degrees C, insulating for 1-2 hours, heating at 290-300 degrees C, insulating for 30-40 hours, cooling to obtain graphene copolyester composite materials, mixing graphene copolyester composite material with remaining raw materials, stirring, extruding, pressing, punching and stretching to obtain geogrid.
