▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing titanium-nickel alloy matrix composite material with wide temperature range and high damping response comprises (i) cutting titanium-nickel foil into thin slices by wire cutting, and polishing surface, placing in acid solution for pickling, rinsing in deionized water, and neutralizing the residual pickling solution, using anhydrous ethanol for ultrasonic cleaning, (ii) adding graphene oxide to the absolute ethanol for ultrasonic dispersion and adding aluminum nitrate particles into the graphene oxide/absolute ethanol suspension and stirring, (iii) placing pretreated titanium-nickel foil in the electrophoretic deposition solution for deposition, and depositing graphene oxide layer on the surface of the pretreated titanium-nickel foil, (iv) tiling and stacking titanium-nickel alloy deposition foil layer by layer along the direction of the same graphene oxide layer, and pretreated titanium and placing laminated foil material in a graphite mold for spark plasma sintering. USE - Preparing titanium-nickel alloy matrix composite material with wide temperature range and high damping response. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare titanium-nickel alloy base composite material with wide temperature interval high damping response, which improves the mechanical property of the titanium nickel alloy-based composite material by crack deflection, bridging and bridging, and improves the damping performance while not reducing the interface bonding quality. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is alsdo included for a method for preparing titanium-nickel alloy matrix composite material with wide temperature range and high damping response.
