NOVELTY - Electrostatic conductive cleaning rubber roller comprises 80-90 pts. wt. liquid silicone, 1-3 pts. wt. vinyl silicone oil, 0.6-0.8 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, 5-10 pts. wt. conductive material, and 5 pts. wt. graphene. USE - Used as electrostatic conductive cleaning rubber roller. ADVANTAGE - The method: can improve the conductive performance; avoids the accumulation of static electricity on the surface of the conductive rubber roller, and avoids short circuit caused by electrostatic breakdown of precision circuits; and improves the pass rate of subsequent processes, and product yield. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for manufacturing a static conductive rubber roller comprising (1) preparing 80-90 pts. wt. liquid silica gel, 1-3 pts. wt. vinyl silicone oil, 0.6-0.8 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, 5-10 pts. wt. conductive material, and 5 pts. wt. graphene, (2) mixing the conductive material with half of the liquid silica gel, and adding in a stirrer to mixing evenly to obtain a pre-dispersed solution, (3) mixing the pre-dispersed solution, the other half of the liquid silica gel and the remaining raw materials, adding in a stirrer and stirring the raw material solution uniformly, and (4) placing the raw material solution in a three-roll precision grinding machine for precision grinding, uniformly distributing the conductive material in the mixture to complete the mixture of conductive rubber.
