NOVELTY - Graphene/copper-manganese-titanium composite catalyst, comprises graphene as carrier and active component loaded on graphene. The ratio of copper-manganese-titanium is 1-3:1-3:1-3. USE - The graphene/copper-manganese-titanium composite catalyst is useful for degrading organic waste gas (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIM are also included for: (1) preparing graphene/copper-manganese-titanium composite catalyst comprising (i) adding graphite oxide to water, stirring ultrasonically, adding butyl titanate, ethanol and acetic acid to obtain mixture, heating the mixture at 60-70 degrees C for 4-8 hours and separating to obtain a precipitate, (ii) adding alkali solution, heating, adding dilute acid to neutralize, washing, filtering, and drying to obtain a solid, and (iii) taking solid obtained in step (ii) and potassium permanganate, mixing with manganese nitrate and copper nitrate to form a mixture, adding water, stirring completely, dissolving in water to form a solution, transferring the solution to a reaction kettle, heating, reacting, filtering, washing, drying and calcining to obtain graphene/copper-manganese- titanium composite catalyst; and (2) use method of graphene/copper-manganese-titanium composite catalyst in degradation of organic waste gas, comprising placing composite catalyst on fixed bed quartz tube reactor and carrying out catalytic degradation reaction at 50-400 degrees C under space velocity of 30000-80000/hour.
