▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Functionalized graphene comprises alkyl p-phenylenediamine antioxidants and graphene oxide, where the alkyl p-phenylenediamine antioxidants are N,N'-di-sec-butyl-p-phenylenediamine, and N,N'-bis(1,3-dimethylbutyl)-p-phenylenediamine in a mass ratio of 1:1-2. USE - The functionalized graphene is used in a functionalized graphene-rubber masterbatch, which is used in a rubber backing plate in railway lines, bridges and turnouts (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The functionalized graphene produces a high-performance rubber backing plate with excellent mechanical properties, excellent aging performance and large resistance value. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: a rubber backing plate comprising the functionalized graphene; and a method (i) for preparing the rubber backing plate comprising (a) masticating the natural rubber and the raw rubber of butadiene rubber on the open mill to obtain masticated rubber, and the mastication time is 10-20 minutes, (b) placing the plasticized rubber into the internal mixer, adding the active agent, and adding the functionalized graphene-natural rubber masterbatch after the rubber material is mixed evenly, and the mixing time is 10-15 minutes, adding vulcanizing agent, accelerator, antioxidant, filler, controlling the temperature to 60-80degrees Celsius, and parking after mixing for 20-30 minutes, after being parked for 12 hours, carrying-out reverse refining, thin passing for 8-10 times, triangular bagging 5-10 times, and unloading to obtain a mixed rubber film, (c) placing the mixed rubber sheet into the flat vulcanizer, the vulcanization temperature is 150-170degrees Celsius, and the vulcanization time is 90 seconds to obtain a rubber backing plate. (1) a functionalized graphene-rubber masterbatch comprising 20-40 %mass functionalized graphene, and remaining of rubber latex; (2) a method for preparing the functionalized graphene-rubber masterbatch comprising (i) dispersing 3-4 g functionalized graphene in 50-80 ml of absolute ethanol and 150-200 ml of water, and ultrasonically stirring for 30-60 minutes to obtain a functionalized graphene dispersion, (ii) adding the functionalized graphene dispersion liquid in the rubber latex of 17-35 g, stirring for 2-3 hours, obtaining mixed latex, pouring the mixed latex into the calcium chloride ethanol mixed solution to break the emulsion, washing with distilled water, and drying to obtain the functionalized graphene-rubber masterbatch, where the mass ratio of the calcium chloride ethanol mixed solution to the mixed latex is 3-5:1, the calcium chloride ethanol mixed solution comprises a calcium chloride aqueous solution and ethanol with a mass ratio of 1:1-2, and the mass fraction of the calcium chloride aqueous solution is 30-35 wt.%;
