▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing a soluble graphene solution from carbon fiber, comprises forming a carbon oxide fiber by oxidizing the carbon fiber, mixing the carbon oxide fiber with a polymer and a polar solvent to form a mixed solution, and adding a reducing agent to the mixed solution to reduce the carbon oxide fiber to graphene. USE - The method is useful for preparing a soluble graphene solution (claimed) that is useful in a petroleum refining process and an asphalt pavement. ADVANTAGE - The method is capable of environmentally-friendly and economically preparing the soluble graphene solution that is chemically stable and has improved mechanical property and conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing a carbon oxide fiber/polymer composite, including forming the carbon oxide fiber by oxidizing the carbon fiber, and adding the carbon oxide fiber to a polymer resin.
