NOVELTY - A propyl gallate detecting method involves preparing double platinum nano-particle carbon nano-tube complex graphene (PtAu-GrCNT) by dispersing 30 mg GO and 10 mg MWCNT-COOH in 8.14 ml distilled water, performing ultrasonic treatment for 2 hours to form uniform solution, adding 1.04 ml platinum tetrachloride solution, 0.82 ml gold tetrachloride solution, adding 40 ml ethylene glycol to the solution, treating ultrasonically for 1 hour, stirring and heating the mixed solution to 120 V for 24 hours, filtering, washing by water, drying to obtain the PtAu-GrCNTs compound. USE - Method for detecting propyl gallate. ADVANTAGE - The method enables detecting propyl gallate with high selectivity in a simple and rapid manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A propyl gallate detecting method involves preparing double platinum nano-particle carbon nano-tube complex graphene (PtAu-GrCNT) by dispersing 30 mg GO and 10 mg MWCNT-COOH in 8.14 ml distilled water, performing ultrasonic treatment for 2 hours to form uniform solution, adding 1.04 ml platinum tetrachloride (H2PtCl6) solution, 0.82 ml gold tetrachloride (HAuCl4) solution, adding 40 ml ethylene glycol to the solution, treating ultrasonically for 1 hour, stirring and heating the mixed solution to 120 V for 24 hours, filtering, washing by water, drying to obtain the PtAu-GrCNTs compound. The obtained PtAu-GrCNTs compound is dissolved in dimethyl formamide, followed by performing ultrasonic treatment for 2 hours to obtain uniform solution, preparing molecular imprinting of polymer solution by preparing 0.05 mol phosphoric acid buffer solution with pH of 6.5/l, adding template molecule (propyl gallate) and function monomer (o-phenylenediamine), and treating for 2 hours to form uniform solution, and preparing molecular imprinting electrochemical sensor by taking 6 mu l PtAu-GrCNTs uniform solution to modified glassy carbon electrode surface at room temperature over night, performing electric polymerization at a voltage range of 0.35-0.85 V, scanning at a speed of 0.05 V/S, and using hydrochloric acid solution with concentration of 0.1 mol/l to elute the upper surface of template molecule (PG).
