NOVELTY - Graphene oxide-sanguinarine compound, comprises a graphene oxide carrier and sanguinarine loaded on the carrier surface through the non-covalent pi - pi interaction, where the mass ratio of the sanguinarine to the graphene oxide carrier is more than 25:100; the radial size of the graphene oxide carrier is more than 200 nm; and the thickness is more than 1 nm. USE - The graphene oxide- sanguinarine compound is used as an anticancer agent. ADVANTAGE - The compound can greatly improve the solubility and stability of sanguinarine, thus providing sanguinarine with the targeting function. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the graphene oxide- sanguinarine compound, comprising performing the surface treatment onto the graphene oxide having radial size less than 200 nm and thickness more than 1 nm, forming an active connecting group on the graphene oxide surface, connecting a polymer material having hydrophobic group onto the graphene oxide surface through the active connecting group, forming the graphene oxide carrier, soaking the graphene oxide carrier into an organic solvent, dissolving with sanguinarine, after the graphene oxide carrier is saturated and has absorbed the sanguinarine, separating and obtaining the target product, where the solubility of sanguinarine in the organic solvent is greater than that in water under the condition of same temperature.
