NOVELTY - The method comprises irradiating graphene oxide with white light in extreme UV light to reduce graphene oxide. The white light is irradiated from a xenon flash lamp at a wavelength of 160 nm to 2.5 mm, and has pulse width of 0.1-100 ms, a pulse gap of 0.1-100 ms and the pulse number of 1-1000. An intensity of the xenon flash lamp is 1-100 J/cm2. The method further comprises mixing graphene oxide with dispersant to obtain a mixture, drying the mixture, coating the mixture with an adherend. USE - The method is useful for reducing graphene oxide to graphene that is useful in a fuel cell, a super capacitor and a transparent electrode (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables reduction of the graphene oxide to graphene with improved stability in a simple and economical manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for an apparatus for reduction of graphene oxide.
