NOVELTY - A wear-resistant carbide-based cutting tool comprises 40-50 pts. wt. titanium carbide, 45-60 pts. wt. silicon carbide, 20-30 pts. wt. copper powder, 3-11 pts. wt. asbestos powder, 3-6 pts. wt. black bismuth gold powder, 1-5 pts. wt. boehmite powder, 3-8 pts. wt. graphene, 3-6 pts. wt. potassium oxide, 10-15 pts. wt. glass fiber, and 11-15 pts. wt. paraffin wax. USE - Wear-resistant carbide-based cutting tool for cermet, low-carbon steel and low-alloy steel. ADVANTAGE - The cutting tool has improved wear resistance, heat resistance, excellent cutting performance, compactness and flexural strength.
