NOVELTY - Preparation of magnetic graphene oxide-laccase involves preparing graphene oxide by modified Hummers method, preparing magnetic graphene oxide by coprecipitation technique, dispersing magnetic graphene oxide and laccase solution in citrate phosphate buffer solution, adding endocrine disrupting chemical and N-hydroxysuccinimide, heat preserving at 150 rpm, covalently crosslinking and magnetically separating. The pH of citrate phosphate buffer solution is 3-8, fixed temperature is 5-55 degrees C, heat preserving time is 0.5-12 hours, and initial concentration of laccase solution is 40-150 mu g/mL. USE - Preparation of magnetic graphene oxide-laccase used as composite biocatalyst and in decolorization of malachite green dye (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The magnetic graphene oxide-laccase prepared has a large loading range, strong fixing ability, wide pH and temperature suitability. The decolorization rate is 98.5%, the reusability is high, and the toxicity is reduced. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for decoloring malachite green dye which involves suspending magnetic graphene oxide-laccase in a malachite green dye solution, heat preserving mixture of pH 3-8 at 20-60 degrees C at 150 rpm with shaking for 0-5 hours and measuring the absorbance of the dye.
