▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Acid cleaning process of corrosion resistant stainless steel belt comprises (i) performing solid solution treatment on a stainless steel plate with a thickness of 2.5-3 mm, preliminary rolling, and annealing once, finish rolling, and secondary annealing after secondary rolling; and (ii) subjecting stainless steel strip A to one stage of pickling, two stages of anodizing, three stages of acid immersion, and performing four stages of coating treatment to obtain a corrosion-resistant stainless steel strip. In the second-stage anodic oxidation process, the electrolyte comprises perchloric acid, ammonium fluoride, nano-graphene and solvent is ethylene glycol. USE - The method is useful for acid cleaning process of corrosion resistant stainless steel belt. ADVANTAGE - The method provides corrosion resistant stainless steel belt having excellent corrosion resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and surface hardness, and reduced hydrogen embrittlement phenomenon. The corrosion resistance steel belt is manufactured by synergistic multi-stage processing step, while inhibiting the generation of micro-crack and micro-crystallization of iron oxide layer, thus improving the corrosion resistance of the steel belt. The method improves the acidic efficiency, and effectively removes the iron oxides layer, and improves the surface hydrophobicity of the corrosion resistant steel belt, and the corrosion and wear resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for the corrosion resistant stainless steel.
