NOVELTY - A flame-retardant filler comprises 16-18 pts. wt. chlorinated polyethylene, 2-3 pts. wt. cerium oxide, 4-7 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 3-4 pts. wt. barium stearate, 0.6-0.9 pt. wt. hydroxyethyl cellulose, 2.3-2.6 pts. wt. phenolic resin, 0.6-0.9 pt. wt. phenyltrichlorosilane, 0.7-1 pt. wt. polyvinyl alcohol, 5-8 pts. wt. potassium titanate whisker, 0.5-0.8 pt. wt. p-phenylenediamine, 60-65 pts. wt. loess, 4-6 pts. wt. hydrochloric acid, predetermined amount of water and 15-20 pts. wt. additive, as raw materials. USE - Flame-retardant filler is used for high-temperature-resistant thin-film capacitor. ADVANTAGE - The flame-retardant filler has excellent dispersibility and reinforcing properties, and can be economically prepared. The high-temperature-resistant thin film capacitor using the filler has high strength and excellent wear resistance, heat resistance and toughness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A flame-retardant filler comprises 16-18 pts. wt. chlorinated polyethylene, 2-3 pts. wt. cerium oxide, 4-7 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 3-4 pts. wt. barium stearate, 0.6-0.9 pt. wt. hydroxyethyl cellulose, 2.3-2.6 pts. wt. phenolic resin, 0.6-0.9 pt. wt. phenyltrichlorosilane, 0.7-1 pt. wt. polyvinyl alcohol, 5-8 pts. wt. potassium titanate whisker, 0.5-0.8 pt. wt. p-phenylenediamine, 60-65 pts. wt. loess, 4-6 pts. wt. hydrochloric acid, predetermined amount of water and 15-20 pts. wt. additive, as raw materials. Additive is prepared by mixing 5-7 pts. wt. kaolin and 20-25 pts. wt. of 2-2.5% sodium hydroxide aqueous solution, heat-stirring at 70-80 degrees C for 20-30 minutes, filtering, water-washing obtained residue until pH value of wash water is 7-9, drying, crushing into particles with size of 2-50 mu m, spraying 0.6-0.8 pt. wt. tridecafluorooctyl trimethoxysilane and grinding for 20-25 minutes to obtain modified kaolin, adding 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. tea saponin to predetermined amount of water, then adding 10-15 pts. wt. activated calcium carbonate, stirring, adding 0.2-0.3 pt. wt. glyceryl monostearate, 1-2 pts. wt. methacrylate and 0.4-0.7 pt. wt. ethyl acrylate, heating to 7-8 degrees C, adding 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. potassium persulfate, stirring for 20-30 minutes, then adding 1-1.3 pts. wt. nanographite, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. Cherokee Rose oil and modified kaolin, mixing, dispersing and grinding into particles with size of 2-50 mm. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of flame-retardant filler, which involves calcining loess at 700-800 degrees C for 2-3 hours in calcining furnace, pulverizing, sieving through 100-mesh sieve, then adding 2-3 times of 4-6% hydrochloric acid, heating at 50-70 degrees C for 10-20 minutes, filtering, water-washing resultant residue until pH value of wash water is neutral, and filtering to obtain particles (a), mixing polyethylene chloride, cerium oxide, barium stearate, hydroxyethyl cellulose, phenolic resin, phenyltrichlorosilane, polyvinyl alcohol and p-phenylenediamine and grinding for 20-30 minutes to obtain mixed material, adding particles (a), graphene oxide, potassium titanate whisker and water, mixing, grinding into slurry having particle size of 2-50 mu m, spray-drying, adding remainder of raw materials and mixing.
