NOVELTY - Mosquito repellent polyester fiber comprises 0.05-0.2 wt.% graphene oxide, 98.8-94.95 wt.% fiber-forming polymer, and 0.5-1.0 wt.% mosquito repellent. USE - Mosquito repellent polyester fiber. ADVANTAGE - The mosquito repellent polyester fiber has a good adsorption effect on grease, lowers the melting point of polyester, reduces the processing temperature and the diffusion of effective mosquito repellent components, and improves the mosquito repellent effect of polyester fiber. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing mosquito repellent polyester fiber, which involves: (A) mixing components of graphene oxide and fiber-forming polymer at 50-70 degrees C for 120-180min to prepare slurry, in which the molar ratio of carboxyl group to hydroxyl group is 1.05: 1-1.10:1, the dosage of catalyst is 200-300 parts permillion; (B) reacting slurry at 260-265 degrees C for 280-320 min, and removing water produced by the polycondensation reaction by bubbling with high-purity nitrogen to obtain a polycondensate, and reacting prepolymer at 270-275 degrees C for 90-110 minutes, where pressure is 1-2 kilopascal absolute pressure, reacting at 280-285 degrees C for 180-200 minutes to obtain a fiber-forming polymer containing graphene oxide, granulating, crystallizing and drying to obtain fiber-forming polymer particles, where content of 2-(2-hydroxyethyl)piperidine-1-carboxylic acid sec-butyl ester is 0.01-0.05%; and (C) measuring fiber-forming polymer particles and the mosquito-repellent mother particles separately, and then inputting into the mixer for mixing, and mixing, entering the screw, setting temperature of the boxat 150-200 degrees C, blowing by the ring or side, oiled and wounding to obtain mosquito repellent polyester fiber.
