NOVELTY - The sensor has a sensor body coated with sensitive thin film material and oxidation graphene material. The oxidation graphene material is made of composite mixture and organic high molecular polymer. The sensitive thin film material is made of oxidation graphite alkene and inorganic metal oxide material. USE - Humidity sensor. ADVANTAGE - The sensor improves real-time respiratory monitoring function in a convenient manner. The sensor determines monitoring water steam content of an electronic equipment so as to provide respiratory exercise guidance data.
