NOVELTY - Preparing graphene carbon dot comprises heating the vitrified carbon material in two stages, keeping constant temperature, making the product into rod-shape, sheet and other electrode material, performing electrolysis as anode, and finally dispersing the graphene carbon dots in the electrolytic solution, where the heating rate of the first stage of heating treatment is 1-60 degrees C/minute, heating to 400-500 degrees C, the heating rate of the second heating process is 1-20 degrees C/minutes, heating to 800-2000 degrees C, and maintaining the constant temperature for 0.5-6 hours. USE - The carbon dot is useful for cell marker, fluorescent polymer, fluorescent coating, tracing detection, damage identification, anti-corrosive paint and material dispersion. ADVANTAGE - The method solves slag off problem of the process.
