▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Electrocatalyst preparation involves dissolving copper (II) acetate monohydrate and graphene oxide in water to prepare a mixed solution, and then subjecting mixed solution to ultrasonic treatment. The mixed solution is transferred to an oven for hydrothermal reaction at 175-180 degrees C for 2-2.5 hours. The obtained hydrothermal reaction product is centrifuged and washed with water to obtain a solid product. The obtained solid product is placed in a lyophilizer to obtain a powder. The ground powder is placed in a tube furnace at 490-510 degrees C for 3-3.5 hours to obtain a finished Cu-NPs product. USE - Method for preparing electrocatalyst used as nitrogen reduction electrocatalyst in electrocatalytic artificial nitrogen fixation to produce ammonia (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method prepares the electrocatalyst in a simple, cost-effective and eco-friendly manner with improved catalytic activity, enhanced conductivity of the material, better dispersion of copper nanoparticles and stabilization of elemental copper, and higher potential at ammonia production rate and Faraday efficiency up to 15.32%.
