NOVELTY - Aqueous flash paint comprises 60-65 pts. wt. aqueous acrylic resin, 10 pts. wt. curing agent, 0.5 pts. wt. flatting agent, 0.5 pts. wt. antifoaming agent and 60- 120 pts. wt. de-ionized water. The aqueous acrylic resin is prepared by (i) preparing graphene oxide by Hummers method, (ii) primary ball milling the graphene oxide at rotating speed at 500-1500 revolutions/minute for 15-30 minutes, then adding aluminium powder with grain diameter of 18 meters, then performing secondary ball milling at rotating speed 6500-7800 revolutions/minute for 35-45 minutes to obtain graphene oxide -aluminium composite powder, (iii) dissolving 45-56 pts. wt. acrylic resin monomer in butyl acetate, adding graphene oxide -aluminium composite powder, heating to 85degrees Celsius for polymerization, adding 3-6 pts. wt. hydroxyethyl acrylate, 0.05 pt. wt. initiator, 0.012 pt. wt. accelerant, 2.5 pts. wt. cross-linking agent, and reacting to obtain final product. USE - The aqueous flash paint is useful for automobiles (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The aqueous flash paint: has uniform dispersion of the aluminum powder, excellent flashing effect, high mechanical strength, and is not easy to be scratched. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing aqueous flash paint, comprising preparing aqueous acrylic resin, then taking 60-65 pts. wt. aqueous acrylic resin, 10 pts. wt. curing agent, 0.5 pts. wt. flatting agent, 0.5 pts. wt. antifoaming agent and 60- 120 pts. wt. de-ionized water, uniformly mixing by stirring at rotating speed 1000-1500 revolutions/minute to obtain final product.
