▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing aluminum-nitrogen co-doped graphene comprises (i) ultrasonically dispersing oxidized graphene in water to obtain concentrated graphene oxide dispersion, and then mixing with cross-linking agent and aluminum precursor, (ii) placing the mixture obtained in step (i) in a hydrothermal reactor, carrying out hydrothermal reaction by heating on water bath, cross-linking, hydrogel forming and drying to obtain dry gel, and (iii) protecting the dry gel obtained in step (ii) under argon, calcining, then washing using sulfuric acid and potassium hydroxide to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing aluminum-nitrogen co-doped graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The co-doped graphene has stable structure, excellent electro-catalysis activity and circulation stability.
