▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Graphene sheet comprises an intercalation compound comprising an organic compound, and 2-300 unit graphene layers, where each of the unit graphene layers comprises a polycyclic aromatic molecule in which many carbon atoms in the polycyclic aromatic molecule are covalently bonded to each other, and the intercalation compound is interposed between the unit graphene layers. USE - The graphene sheet is useful in a transparent electrode, a solar cell, a conductive thin film, a display device, a hydrogen storage medium, and an electrical device (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene sheet exhibits controlled electrical, optical, quantum and energy properties without deteriorating the intrinsic physical properties including flexibility and transparency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) a process (p1) of preparing a graphene sheet that comprises an intercalation compound, comprising forming a graphene sheet, and intercalating an intercalation compound into the graphene sheet using at least one method comprising 2-region vapor phase transport, constant temperature vapor phase transport, an electrochemical method, and/or liquid phase intercalation, where the intercalation compound comprises an organic compound; and (2) preparing a graphene sheet that comprises an intercalation compound, comprising intercalating an intercalation compound into graphite using at least one method comprising 2-region vapor phase transport, constant temperature vapor phase transport, an electrochemical method or liquid phase intercalation, mechanically cutting the graphite into which the intercalation compound is intercalated, and repeating the cutting of the graphite to obtain a graphene sheet comprising an intercalation compound, where the intercalation compound comprises an organic compound.
