NOVELTY - The method involves dispersing thin wrinkle molybdenum disulfide powder and reducing graphene oxide in a mixed alcohol solvent. A molybdenum ink and a graphite ink are obtained. The molybdenum ink and the graphite ink are placed in an inkjet printer to print a supra molymicro electrode and a graphite micro electrode. The supra moly micro-electrode and the graphite micro electrode are placed in a neutral electrolyte to form a disulfide/graphite asymmetric micro ultra capacitor. A mixed alcohol is selected from ethanol, isopropyl alcohol, n-butylalcohol and tertiary butyl alcohol. Set printing distance of liquid drop is 30-120 microns. USE - Method for manufacturing molybdenum disulfide/graphene symmetrical micro ultra capacitor. ADVANTAGE - The method enables adopting high-sheet rate of thin pleated molybdenum disulfide powder preparing ink, realizing high performance of the electrode precision ink jet printing and better electro chemical performance, realizing stable wider voltage window and high accuracy for industrial mass production.
