DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A working electrode comprises glassy carbon electrode and glassy carbon electrode wrapped with polyethylenimine/(6-molybdo-6-tungsto-phosphoric acid (PMo6W6)/reduced graphene oxide (RGO)-cerium oxide (CeO2)-platinum)n modified film, where the glassy carbon electrode to outer layer followed by polyethylenimine is polyethylenimine layer, the PMo6W6 is molybdotungstophosphate heteropoly acid layer, the RGO-CeO2-platinum is RGO layer loaded with CeO2-platnium alloy nanoparticles, PMo6W6 layer and RGO-CeO2-platinum layer are one cycle unit and cycle is n times.
