NOVELTY - Double anticorrosion aqueous primer comprises component A and component B in a molar ratio of 20:3, where the component A composed of 20-30 pts. wt. deionized water, 20-40 pts. wt. aqueous resin, 20-30 pts. wt. pigment, 3-7 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 1-2 pts. wt. coupling agent, 0.5-1 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.3-1 pts. wt. organosilicon leveling agent and 5-6 pts. wt. lotus leaf powder; and the component B composed of 20-40 pts. wt. polyamide, 3-8 pts. wt. catalyst and 40-60 pts. wt. pyromellitic acid. USE - The double anticorrosion aqueous primer is useful for outdoor metal substrate (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The primer: can rapidly crosslinking film under ultra-low temperature condition; capable of resisting salt fog for 3000 hours; capable of resistance with acid and alkali for more than 1000 hours, and capable of resistance with water for more than 180 days. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - POLYMERS - Preferred Method: The preparation of lotus leaf powder, comprises drying lotus leaf, then crushing, and sieving through 100-200 mesh sieve to obtain final product. Preferred Components: The component A comprises 25 pts. wt. deionized water, 30 pts. wt. aqueous resin, 26 pts. wt. pigment, 5 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 2 pts. wt. coupling agent, 0.8 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.6 pts. wt. organosilicon leveling agent and 6 pts. wt. lotus leaf powder; and the component B composed of 30 pts. wt. polyamide, 5 pts. wt. catalyst and 50 pts. wt. pyromellitic acid. The aqueous resin is aqueous self-drying acrylic resin, aqueous polyester self-drying resin, aqueous modified epoxy resin and/or aqueous amino resin.
