NOVELTY - The device has a processing device (1) provided with an air inlet pipeline (2) and an air outlet pipeline (3). The air outlet pipeline is fixedly connected with a grid basket (4) that is arranged close to the processing device. A side wall of the air outlet pipeline is provided with a recycling hole (6). An end of a recycling pipe (7) far away from the recycling hole is fixedly connected on the processing device. The grid basket is provided with a working layer (5) that is made of three-dimensional pleated graphene nano sheet material. A side wall of the air outlet pipeline is provided with the recycling hole. A sliding plate (11) is provided with a control device. The air outlet pipeline is provided with an electric control device. USE - Selective discharging device for discharging nitrogen oxide waste gas in an industrial production. ADVANTAGE - The waste gas with certain amount of nitrogen oxide remained after processing can be selectively introduced into the processing device for reprocessing, which avoids the pollution caused by directly discharging the waste gas containing excessive nitrogen oxide to the air and protects the environment.
