NOVELTY - A graphene heat-generating ink comprises a resin matrix, conductive fillers, additives, solvents, and a crosslinking agent. The conductive filler includes graphene. The resin matrix is composed of organic polymer and polysilazane in a mass ratio of 1:0.08-1.5. USE - Graphene heat-generating ink. ADVANTAGE - The graphene heat-generating ink provides film having excellent electrical conductivity at lower temperatures, achieve the characteristics of a large increase in resistance at high temperatures to achieve self-limiting temperature, and returns to normal. The resistance value of the material does not change much at temperature, and the reversibility is good thereby improving the recycling performance and safety of the electric heating film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of the graphene heat-generating ink, which involves using graphene powder in powder form for graphene, and using polysilazane solution in solution form for polysilazane, stirring and dispersing the graphene powder and polysilazane solution, making full mixing uniformly, adding the remaining raw materials under stirring; and (2) an electric heating film, which comprises a substrate and an electric heating film layer which is formed by coating the graphene heating ink on the substrate and heating to 140-150 degrees C for cross-linking and curing ceramicized polymer membrane.
