NOVELTY - Mixed plant-based polyurethane porous material impregnated with carbon nanotube and graphene oxide comprises 34-36 pts. wt. castor oil polyol, 9-11 pts. wt. rosin ester polyol, 68-72 pts. wt. polyether polyol, 3 pts. wt. carbon nanotube, 0.6 pts. wt. foam stabilizer, 2.5 pts. wt. triethanolamine, 0.08 pts. wt. catalyst A1, 1 pts. wt. catalyst A33, 2.5 pts. wt. deionized water, 34-36 pts. wt. polymeric methylene diphenyl diisocyanate and 0-3 pts. wt. graphene oxide. The hydroxy value of the castor oil polyol is 160-200 mg KOH/g. USE - Used as mixed plant-based polyurethane porous material impregnated with carbon nanotube and graphene oxide. ADVANTAGE - The material has wide range of materials, is easy to degrade and reduces environmental pollution, addition of carbon nanotube improves the weight of the material in the same volume, and strengthens the high-frequency sound absorption effect of the material, the impregnation of graphene oxide increases the internal complexity of the material, so it has better mid- and low-frequency sound absorption and compression performance. The method uses different stirring speeds in the material preparation process, which ensures the materials are uniformly mixed, and gives the proper temperature values during the heat preservation treatment and the drying treatment, and efficiently control the temperature, which ensures the foaming effect and the drying effect, and the sound absorption and compression performance of the polyurethane material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing mixed plant-based polyurethane porous material based on carbon nanotubes and graphite oxide impregnation, comprising (i) adding raw materials into the stirring device, stirring at speed n1: 30 rotations/minute, waiting until the carbon nanotubes are fully mixed, stirring at the speed n2: 1200 rotations/minute to prepare the mixture A, and allowing to stand for 1-2 minutes, (ii) adding polymeric methylene diphenyl diisocyanate, and stirring at a speed of n3: 1600 rotations/minute to obtain a mixture B, (iii) pouring the mixture B into a mold for free foaming, and adding into an incubator for curing, (iv) placing at room temperature, removing the surface crust to obtain a carbon nanotube-based mixed plant-based polyurethane porous material, (v) mixing graphene oxide with 1l water at room temperature, uniformly stirring to obtain a graphene oxide aqueous solution, and immersing the carbon nanotube-based mixed plant-based polyurethane porous material in the graphene oxide aqueous solution for 12 hours in an oscillating manner, (vi) adding the impregnated polyurethane porous material into drying box for drying.
