▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene/polyaniline/gold nanoparticle composite modified electrode material synthesizing method involves dispersing graphene in aniline, adding hydrochloric acid, stirring, dropping chlorine acid solution, centrifuging, drying and grinding to obtain graphene/polyaniline/gold nanoparticle composites. The composite is dispersed in deionized water and dispensed onto glassy carbon electrode, dried, dropped with Nafion (RTM: Sulfonated tetrafluoroethylene based fluoropolymer-copolymer) and dried at room temperature to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for synthesizing graphene/polyaniline/gold nanoparticle composite modified electrode material for detecting dopamine. ADVANTAGE - The method enables synthesizing electrode material with high sensitivity and low detection limit, in simple and fast manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene/polyaniline/gold nanoparticle composite modified electrode material synthesizing method involves dispersing graphene in aniline ultrasonically, adding hydrochloric acid, stirring for 5-30 minutes, dropping chlorine acid solution slowly using separating funnel, maintaining at 0-5 degrees C, stirring for 4-6 hours, allowing to stand overnight, centrifuging, washing with ethanol and deionized water, drying at 60 degrees C for 6-24 hours and grinding to obtain graphene/polyaniline/gold nanoparticle composites. The graphene/polyaniline/gold nanoparticle composite is dispersed in deionized water to prepare a dispersion. The dispersion is dispensed onto a glassy carbon electrode, dried at room temperature, dropped with 5-20 mu l Nafion (RTM: Sulfonated tetrafluoroethylene based fluoropolymer-copolymer) and dried at room temperature to obtain graphene/polyaniline/gold nanoparticles composites modified electrode material, where the dopamine is detected by preparing dopamine formulated solution by using graphene/polyaniline/gold nanoparticles composites modified electrode, and performing cyclic voltammetry experiment having three-electrode system to detect dopamine, and the three-electrode system is graphene/polyaniline/gold nanoparticle composite reference electrode as working electrode, calomel electrode as modified electrode and platinum sheet electrodes as counter electrode.
