NOVELTY - Corrosion resistant artificial quartz stone comprises 65-75 pts. wt. 20-50 meshes calcined quartz sand, 35-46 pts. wt. 20-50 meshes mica powder, 4-10 pts. wt. 20-50 meshes molybdenum disulfide powder, 6-12 pts. wt. nano graphene, 18-26 pts. wt. complex resin, 10-15 pts. wt. curing agent, 10-15 pts. wt. modified antioxidant and 4-6 pts. wt. coloring matter. USE - Used as corrosion resistant artificial quartz stone. ADVANTAGE - The stone has low viscosity with high hardness, not easy to stick dust, tolerance to ultraviolet radiation and weathered, does not fade with strong light illumination and suitable for the outdoor environment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing corrosion resistant artificial quartz stone comprising: (i) calcining 20-50 meshes calcined quartz sand at 800-1000 degrees C high temperature for 1 hour, cooling with 2 degrees C cold water, calcining at 1000-1200 degrees C high temperature for 1 hour and cooling to room temperature; (ii) adding 20-50 meshes mica powder, 20-50 meshes molybdenum disulfide powder, nano graphene, complex resin, curing agent, modified antioxidant, coloring matter and mixing; and (iii) placing the step (ii) mixture in fabric machine then in board mold, placing the plate mold in the vacuum chamber, carrying out vibration molding, placing in an oven, curing to obtain the product.
