The temperature is raised to above 1200 degrees C, and after the heat preservation reaction, grinding is performed to obtain an aluminum titanium chromium boron compound. The 80 to 150 pts. wt. ferrochrome powder, 30 to 40 pts. wt. aluminum titanium chromium boron compound, 10 to 15 pts. wt. PVDF, 100 to 150 pts. wt. solvent, 1 to 3 pts. wt. emulsifier, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. defoamer are added and mixed by ball milling to obtain alloy coatin. The polystyrene foam is used as the base material to cut the mold, and then applied alloy coating on the surface of the mold, heated and dried.
