NOVELTY - The method involves preparing silver coated glass powder. An organic carrier is prepared. Silver/graphene composite silver coating glass powder, the organic carrier and an inorganic additive are fully dispersed at required proportion. Viscosity measuring function is performed. Viscosity regulating function is realized. Graphene composite silver paste is obtained. Ultrasonic stirring of silver nitrate solution with graphene is performed. Silver is deposited on a graphene surface. Filter water washing rear drying function is performed to obtain silver coating graphene. USE - Solar battery graphene composite silver paste preparation method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables improving electric property and stability of a solar battery.
