NOVELTY - Nanocomposite comprises graphene oxide-grafted polymer loaded with a medical active ingredient at 37 degrees C, where the medical active ingredient is released at a rate of less than 5% for 48 hours at 37 degrees C at a pH of greater than 7.4 and at a rate of 30% for 48 hours at a pH of less than 7. USE - The nanocomposite is useful for delivering an anti-cancer drug, preferably camptothecin (all claimed), to tumor cell of a target i.e. human. Tests details are described but no results given. ADVANTAGE - The nanocomposite efficiently delivers the drug having excellent solubility and stability to the site of the target in a controlled manner with reduced side effects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for producing nanocomposite comprising grafting polymer with graphene oxide.
