▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - High-hardness glazed daily-use ceramic is prepared by introducing graphene includes a ceramic body, and also includes a high-hardness glaze layer provided outside the ceramic blank. The raw material of the high-hardness glaze layer comprises 25-35 pts. wt. feldspar, 10-20 pts. wt. quartz, 10-20 pts. wt. lithium porcelain stone, 5-12 pts. wt. bone powder, 3-10 pts. wt. alumina, 1-3 pts. wt. barium carbonate, 5-15 pts. wt. zinc, 1-4 pts. wt. zirconium carbonate and 0.5-3 pts. wt. modified graphene. USE - High-hardness glazed daily-use ceramic. ADVANTAGE - The high-hardness glazed daily-use ceramic has modified graphene, which is helpful to reduce the wear volume of bone porcelain glaze and improve the wear resistance of high-gloss glaze, which has a positive significance and positive economic benefits for the development of daily ceramic products. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a manufacturing process of high hardness glazed daily-use ceramics, which involves: (A) making a green body, preparing a ceramic green body, shaping the prepared ceramic green body, and forming the green body to obtain a green body after 750-810 degrees C plain firing; (B) making glaze, when preparing high-hardness glaze, weigh feldspar, quartz, lithium porcelain stone, bone powder, alumina, barium carbonate and zinc; (C) adding zirconium carbonate to the wet ball mill for 3-4 hours, adding the modified graphene to the slurry, and continue to stirring for 4-5 hours; (D) drying the green body, and applying high-hardness glaze on the surface of the ceramic green body with a thickness of 0.8-1.0 mm; and (E) waiting for the green body to dry, putting the glaze-containing green body into the kiln and burning to shape, and firing temperature is 1300-1310 degrees C to obtain high hardness glazed daily-use ceramics.
