▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Aqueous primer comprises 45-70 wt.% core-shell acrylic emulsion, 0.5-1.5 wt.% polyurethane thickener, 0.1-1 wt.% silicone modified polysiloxane defoamer, 1-5 wt.% low molecular weight alcohol phosphate ester, 1-2 wt.% polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene block copolymer, 0.1-2 wt.% hydrophobic fumed silica, 1-25 wt.% ultra-fine silicon powder, 0.1-2 wt.% 2,4,7, 9-tetramethyl-5-decyne-4, 7-diol, 1-8 wt.% dodecyl alcohol ester, 0.1-1 wt.% graphene powder, 1-10 wt.% magnesium ion type silica anti-rust pigment, and balance is deionized water. USE - Aqueous primer for graphene rusty coating. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous primer converts the corrosion rust layer on the surface of the steel into the protective coating with excellent corrosion resistance through chemical conversion, and also has excellent adhesion, water resistance and salt spray resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method of preparing aqueous primer, which involves: equentially adding deionized water, polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene block copolymer, hydrophobic fumed silica, superfine silicon powder, graphene powder and magnesium ion type silicon dioxide antirust pigment into a reaction kettle, and dispersing or grinding until the fineness is less than 20 microns to obtain slurry A; mixing the core-shell acrylic emulsion, the polyurethane thickener, the organic silicon modified polysiloxane defoamer, 5-nonylsalicylaldoxime and the low-molecular-weight alcohol phosphate in sequence, dispersing, and dispersing uniformly to obtain a mixture B; adding the slurry A into the mixture B for dispersing, and uniformly dispersing to obtain aqueous primer.
