▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing titanium carbide reinforced copper-base composite material involves weighing titanium powder, adding in acetone for ultrasonic assistant shaking and stirring to obtain mixed solution, taking graphene oxide, stirring for 10-30 minutes, then adding copper powder, continuously stirring for 20-40 minutes, putting in vacuum drying box to remove acetone to obtain graphene oxide/copper/titanium mixed powder, steam graphene/copper/titanium oxide, graphene/copper/titanium mixed powder, hydrated hydrazine steam at 90 degrees C for 2 hours, followed by cooling to room temperature to obtain graphene/copper/titanium mixed dry powder. The obtain mixed dry powder is added into graphite mould, put in vacuum hot-pressing sintering furnace to hot pressed sinter, after finish sintering, cool with furnace to room temperature, demould to obtain from carbide reinforced copper-base composite material. USE - Method for preparing titanium carbide reinforced copper-base composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare titanium carbide reinforced copper-base composite material that is simple to operate, easy for industrialized production period is short, good uniformity of carbide dispersed in copper matrix and improves hardness of composite material, compression resistance and conductivity.
