▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Thermally conductive thermoplastic composite material comprises an inner layer material or an outer layer material. The inner layer material is a core layer comprising fiber bundles, a first thermoplastic resin and a first auxiliary agent. The outer layer material wraps the core layer and is a resin layer including a second thermoplastic resin and a second additive. The fiber bundle is continuously extended from one end of the core layer to an opposite end thereof, and the second auxiliary agent includes a heat conducting agent. USE - The composite material is useful in the automotive industry, machinery manufacturing, electronics and electrical appliances, chemical environmental protection, aerospace communications and construction industries, preferably in large-scale auto parts and/or high-precision electronic and electrical components and automotive front-end modules and/or all-plastic tailgate inner panels in the application (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The heat-conducting thermoplastic composite material has improved fluidity of the fiber in the resin melt, surface performance and surface quality. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for the preparing thermally conductive thermoplastic composite material comprising (i) mixing first thermoplastic resin and the first auxiliary agent and melting to obtain the first component melt; (ii) performing a first impregnation treatment on the continuous fiber bundle and the first component melt to form a filamentous core product; (iii) mixing and melting second thermoplastic resin and the second auxiliary agent are to obtain the second component melt; and (iv) performing a second impregnation treatment on the filamentous core layer product and the second component melt to form a resin layer wrapping the core layer. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a structure schematic diagram of a heat-conducting thermoplastic composite material. 0-1Core layer 0-2Fibre bundle 0-3Resin layer
