USE - An apparatus for electro-Fenton process used for treating wastewater (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - Electrochemical exfoliation process is safer, more environmentally friendly and requires less energy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) electro-Fenton process; and (2) use of non-graphene carbon substrate.
