▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene lubricating oil comprises 90-100 pts. wt. base oil, 2-3 pts. wt. nano zinc oxide, 1-1.5 pts. wt. nano silica, 0.05-0.1 pt. wt. graphene, 1.5-2 pts. wt. stearic acid, 1-2 pts. wt. oleic acid, 0.5-1 pt. wt. polyvinylpyrrolidone, 1.2-3 pts. wt. composite dispersant, 1.5-3 pts. wt. composite antioxidant, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. corrosion inhibitor, 0.12-0.2 pts. wt. preservative and 0.05-0.2 pts. wt. anti-foaming agent. USE - The lubricating oil is useful in industrial robots (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The lubricating oil: does not contain sulfur, phosphorus and other elements, which are harmful to the environment; is non-toxic, non-corrosive and environmentally friendly; has simple preparation process and stable performance; plays functions of fuel saving, anti-wear and noise reduction when used in robot; improves the efficiency of the speed reducer in robot; and has economic benefits. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the graphene lubricating oil, comprising (i) dissolving zinc oxide, silica and stearic acid in aqueous ethanol solution in a volume ratio of 1:1, heating at 35-50 degrees C, and ultrasonically dispersing for 25-40 minutes to obtain solution 1, (ii) mixing oleic acid and ethanol in a volume ratio of 1:10-20, ultrasonically dispersing, then adding graphene and polyvinylpyrrolidone, ultrasonically dispersing for 25-40 minutes to mix uniformly to obtain solution 2, (iii) mixing solution 1 and solution 2, stirring, refluxing at 65-75 degrees C and reacting for 3-6 hours, cooling to room temperature, and purifying to obtain modified nano composite particles, and (iv) adding the prepared nano composite particles and the composite dispersant into base oil, and ultrasonically dispersing for 30-60 minutes, then adding composite antioxidant, corrosion inhibitor, preservative and anti-foaming agent, heating at 95-105 degrees C, and stirring at a speed of 1200-1500 revolutions/minute for 2-3 hours.
