NOVELTY - Graphene modified resin comprises 100-200 pts.wt.resin, 10-20 pts.wt. graphene, 1-10 pts.wt. synthetic auxiliary agent, and 1-10pts.wt. curing agent. USE - The graphene of modified resin is useful in the field of resin preparation, specifically to a graphene modified resin and its preparation method, where the resin is the polymer as the plastic base material which can be divided into natural resin and the synthetic resin; and the resin product obtained by chemical synthesis or chemical reaction of natural organic matter, and the main component of the plastic is prepared. ADVANTAGE - The modified resin graphene has good water-solubility, low price, non-toxic and tasteless, and convenient use. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of graphene modified resin, involves (1)adding resin and graphene into reaction kettle according to certain proportion, and stirring and mixing to obtain mixed solution, (2) adding synthetic assistant and curing agent into mixed solution, and then mixing and stirring, (3) filtering and drying reacted mixed solution to obtain graphene modified resin semisolid, (4) putting the semi-solid graphene modified resin into molding device, and drying and crushing graphene modified resin into graphene modified resin particles, (5) putting graphene modified resin particles into dust removal device, enabling resin particles to fall on a conveyor belt (3) to drive resin particles to move, spraying clear water in tap water pipe from water spraying hole by a water pump (5), spraying clear water on surfaces of the resin particles, taking away dust on surfaces of resin particles, discharging dust mixed clear water from water outlet (10), starting fan (7) to generate wind, heating wind by heating coil (8), blowing high-temperature wind to washed resin particles, drying resin particles, and further reducing dust splashing of resin particles due to fact that whole process is finished inside shell (1), so that dust cleaning work of resin particles is finished(6) packaging clean graphene modified resin particles to obtain finished graphene modified resin product.
