NOVELTY - The method for producing thermally conductive graphene film, involves providing graphene slurry with graphene mass fraction of 5-15 %mass, mixing 20-95 pts. wt. graphene slurry, 1-20 pts. wt. adhesive, 0.5-10 pts. wt. dispersant and 1-20 pts. wt. solvent (I) to obtain mixture, providing substrate, applying mixture to the surface of substrate and drying to form graphene layer on the surface of substrate to obtain thermally conductive graphene film. USE - Method for producing thermally conductive graphene film (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a thermally conductive graphene film, which comprises substrate and graphene layer formed on surface of substrate. The graphene layer comprises uniformly distributed graphene forming thermally conductive film.
