▎ 摘　　要

NOVELTY - Preparing elastic fibers comprises (i) preparing fiber membrane A with excellent tensile properties by electrospinning, (ii) electrospraying fiber membrane A as substrate to form fiber membrane with ultraviolet protection or electrospin other active materials B by electrostatic spraying to obtain two-dimensional heterogeneous composite fiber membrane, and obtaining fiber helical structure by mechanically twisting composite fiber membrane, spraying conductive material on surface of fiber helical structure, i.e. elastic fibers. USE - The method is useful in preparing elastic fiber for strain-insensitive ultra violet protection and strain-sensitive ultra violet monitoring (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, and convenient. The fiber has good elasticity and mechanical strength, which makes firm interface structure.
