▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing high-temperature resistant graphene ceramic cavity comprises (i) cleaning and drying the surface of the cavity, (ii) preparing graphene ceramic material, where the graphene ceramics material comprises high-purity graphene, ceramic fiber, filler, resin and other additives, (iii) stirring the material at high speed for 30 minutes to obtain a mixture, (iv) heating the mixture to a molten state, (v) extruding the molten mixture through a screw extruder, cooling and crushing into a sheet material, (vi) grinding the sheet material into a powder material and (vii) covering the graphene ceramic layer with the mixture prepared in step (viii) on the surface, and calcining at high temperature, and covering the super-hydrophilic layer on the face of the graphene porcelain layer after cooling the graphene ceramic layer. USE - The method for preparing high temperature resistant graphene ceramic cavity and used in optical, electrical, mechanical, micro-nano processing, energy, biomedicine and drug delivery. ADVANTAGE - The graphene ceramic material is covered on the surface of the cavity, so as to reach the cavity high temperature resistant, anti-corrosion and abrasion-resistant characteristics. The cavity is not easy to condense, convenient to clean, and has high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance and water contact less than 5℃.
