NOVELTY - The method for preparing composite film, involves ultrasonically cleaning nickel-tungsten alloy base metal with acetone, placing the cleaned nickel-tungsten alloy base metal in tube furnace, heating, cooling to obtain rough surface nickel oxide/tungsten trioxide composite film, dissolving copper acetate in propionic acid to obtain copper precursor solution, applying copper precursor solution on nickel oxide/tungsten trioxide composite film, heating under the protection of reducing gas, cooling to obtain final product. USE - Method for preparing composite film for photocatalytic reduction of graphene oxide. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of composite film with flat surface, and achieves rapid continuous photocatalytic reduction of graphene oxide. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing composite film, involves (S1) ultrasonically cleaning the nickel-tungsten alloy base metal with acetone, placing the cleaned nickel-tungsten alloy base metal in tube furnace, placing the furnace in low-oxygen partial pressure gas atmosphere, heating at 900-1100 degrees C for 0.5-1 hour at the rate of 5-20 degrees C/minute, then cooling to 25 degrees C at cooling rate of 2-10 degrees C/minute, obtaining rough surface nickel oxide/tungsten trioxide composite film, (S2) dissolving copper acetate in propionic acid to obtain 0.1-0.8 mol/L concentration of copper precursor solution, applying copper precursor solution on nickel oxide/tungsten trioxide composite film, placing in tube furnace, heating at 900-1000 degrees C for 0.5-1 hour at the rate of 1-5 degrees C/minute under the protection of reducing gas, then cooling to 25 degrees C at cooling rate of 5-20 degrees C/minute to obtain final product.
