NOVELTY - Preparing an adsorbent for refining lubricating base oil, comprises (i) hydrothermally reacting 2-aminoterephthalic acid, cerium chloride, dimethylformamide and water, washng and drying to obtain material A, adding montmorillonite into dilute sulfuric acid, activating in a boiling water bath, suction filtering, washing with water, drying and calcinng to obtain material B, (ii) acylating graphene oxide to obtain acylated graphene oxide, adding material A into dichloroethane, adding chlorinated graphene oxide and dimethylformamide, and reacting, and seperating material C, (iii) mixing material B with water, stirring, adding cetyltrimethylammonium bromide, stirring, washing with water, and drying to obtain material D, and (iv) adding material C into ethanol, ultrasonically dispersing evenly, and adding material D, stirring, suction filtering, and drying, and mixing the obtained solid product with activated carbon uniformly to obtain the adsorbent for refining lubricating oil base oil. USE - The method isuseful for preparing an adsorbent for refining lubricating base oil. ADVANTAGE - The method has a simple process, the obtained adsorbent has a large specific surface area, many adsorption sites and good adsorption performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing an adsorbent for refining lubricating base oil, comprises (i) mixing 2-aminoterephthalic acid, cerium chloride, dimethylformamide and water uniformly, placing in a hydrothermal reaction kettle, performing a hydrothermal reaction at 110-135degrees Celsius for 50-80 hours, filtering, washing, and drying to obtain material A, adding montmorillonite into dilute sulfuric acid with a mass concentration of 15-20 wt.%, activating in a boiling water bath for 3-5 hours, suction filtering, washing with water, drying and calcinng to obtain material B, (ii) acylating graphene oxide to obtain acylated graphene oxide, adding material A into dichloroethane, adding chlorinated graphene oxide and dimethylformamide, and reacting at 80-110degrees Celsius for 30-45 hours, and seperating material C, (iii) mixing material B with water, stirring at 45-55degrees Celsius for 30-50 minutes, adding cetyltrimethylammonium bromide, stirring at 45-55degrees Celsius for 100-200 minutes, washing with water, filtering, and drying to obtain material D, and (iv) adding material C into ethanol, ultrasonically dispersing evenly, and adding material D, stirring at 35-55degrees Celsius for 5-12 hours, suction filter, and drying, and mixing the obtained solid product with activated carbon uniformly to obtain the adsorbent for refining lubricating oil base oil. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for adsorbent for refining lubricating base oil, obtained by the method as mentioned above.
